Tocking noises can be heard from the front end of the vehicle, predominantly under load and during overrun
between 0 and 25 mph or 0 and 40 km/h.

Workshop findings:
The complaint can be reproduced at the front end of the vehicle.

apply exactly. Otherwise, this solution will not eliminate the problem, and repeat repairs may be necessary. In
such a case, we may reject the warranty claim and charge back the cost of the parts.
When performing the analysis, you should ideally use the VAS tool 611015 (PICO NVH tool) to identify
the noise with the measuring set-up described below. When performing analysis and billing with VAS
611015, please also observe TSB 2070568.

Details about the configuration, positions and analysis of the measurement are included in the
attached document.
If, after assessment, you determine that the noise complaint is due to the first electric drive motor on the
front axle, please replace the electric drive motor on the front axle.
If the noise in question does not come from the first electric drive motor on the front axle, please check
whether there are other applicable TSBs available for this vehicle.

Warranty
When performing analysis and billing with VAS 611015, please also observe TSB 2070568.
