The following DTC may be stored in the Engine Control Module, -J623- (address word 0001).
•

DTC P2407 (P240700): “EVAP emission control system leakage diagnosis pump current fluctuating”.

No other relevant event memory entry is logged in the engine control unit.

New software in the Engine control module, -J623- (address word 0001) addressed the condition.

Service
For vehicles with high-voltage components:
To prevent charging of the high-voltage battery during the software update, the high-voltage cable is to be
removed BEFORE the entry of the SVM code on vehicles with high-voltage components.
Charging the high-voltage battery during a software update cab damage the high-voltage components.

For Model Years 2022 and 2023 Q5, Q5 PHEV, Q7 2.0l and Model Year 2022 Q3 vehicles, this TSB replaces
Pending Service Solution (PSS) TSB 2066675: 01 PSS MIL on DTC P240700 Evap leak detection pump

circuit.

Follow all instructions in TSB 2011732: 00 Software Version Management (SVM), operating instructions.
Update the -J623- (0001) using the SVM action code as listed in the table below, if necessary:
