Description
This campaign authorizes certified service providers to proactively replace the Aftertreatment
Diesel Particulate Filter (or DPF) Differential Pressure Sensor on certain B6.7 CM2450 B155B
engines built in 2021 and 2022. The upgraded part (same part number) has design changes that
improve the product quality.
Note : This Campaign ONLY covers proactive replacement of a non-failed DPF
Differential Pressure Sensor. If any fault codes or symptoms related to the DPF
Differential Pressure Sensor are present, they must be troubleshot and the claim filed
to available warranty coverage.
Action
In order to qualify for repair under this field action, an engine:
1. must be within base, emissions, or extended coverage period, and
2. must NOT have a fault code or symptom related to the DPF Differential Pressure Sensor,
3. must show as OPEN on QuickServe® Online for this field action.
Note : The ESN list is attached for reference.
After verifying that the engine meets the above requirements, perform the following actions:

1. Remove the current DPF Differential Pressure Sensor. Install a new sensor (same part number)
following published instruction. Please refer the procedure 019-443 in Service Manual number
5613229 for detailed instructions.
Note : Coverage under this Campaign is limited to proactive replacement only and no
additional troubleshooting, cleaning, inspection, or repair verification SRTs should be
claimed against it.
