Some customers may comment on one or more of the following conditions:

• Rough Idle
• MIL Illuminated
Technicians may find multiple DTCs set in the Engine Control Module (ECM) including
but not limited to:
• P129F
• P023F
Cause
This condition may be caused by an internal short in the K111 Fuel Pump Driver Control
Module (FPDCM)/Fuel Pump Power Control Module.
Correction
If any of the above conditions have been validated and code P129F and/or P023F have
been set and diagnostics does not lead to a cause. Replace the K111 FPDCM.
If P129F and/or P023F are not found current or history or the above symptoms cannot be
verified by the customer or technician follow published diagnostics for the symptoms
exhibited in SI.
