 MIL for fault code B200000 control module faulty stored in J1050 high voltage charger.
 Root cause of fault code is under investigation.

Q: What should I do if the customer is not satisfied with the Audi AG
recommended processes to charge and insists to use 110v @ 100% power?
> Ensure the customer that AG is working on a solution and that they can
enjoy their hybrid following the recommended process but should not use
110v at 100% power. Look for areas to surprise & delight to offset this
inconvenience.
> If customer refuses to take delivery of the vehicle until the final solution is
implemented. Please contact your AASM with details.

Q: Does charging at 110v @ 50% power prolong the time it takes to charge the
battery?
> Yes, charging at 50% power does prolong the charging process. Please
ensure the customer has adjusted expectations.

>

Q: How will the customer know when they can charge at 110v at 100% power
again?
> Once the full scope of the situation is available, next steps will be
provided. Always look for newest information on the approved published
TSB.
> If the customer comes in with the problem, please record the VIN in the
PSS for improved tracking.

>

Q: Can the customer utilize public charging options or a “wall box” option?
> A: Yes, level 2 charging is 220v and is approved to be used at 100%
power.

Customers purchase a hybrid because they want to utilize and enjoy the EV
experience a hybrid brings. Not being able to charge the vehicle at 110v @
100% power can create disappointment and frustration. It is important to show
empathy and ensure Audi is working hard for an urgent solution and thank they
for being a part of the Audi brand.

Understanding the charging landscape is critical to our EV customers. Please
