Heil Technical Services: Paid Services for Heil Units out of Warranty

Effective immediately, Heil Technical Services will begin charging for some services when they are engaged with
supporting or servicing units that are either out of their warranty period or not part of an active service campaign.
1.

If you require Technical Service Agent support instead of using the available online resources, a Technical
Service Fee will be charged to your account at $200.00 per hour. Support time will include both telephone and
off-line research time. Support time will be billed in 15-minute increments, rounded to the nearest increment.

2.

We continue offering “no charge access” to product documentation such as manuals, part drawings, electrical
and hydraulic schematics. This information is available by visiting the Heil EPC (Electronic Parts Catalog) and/or
Heil Dealer Library.

If you do not wish to locate the information using the EPC and/or the Heil Dealer Library, technicians will
provide the requested product documentation for a charge of $100.00 per file. A “file” is defined as each
discreet, single attachment such as a drawing, schematic, programs, etc.

If documentation is not available on the EPC or Heil Dealer Library, there will be no charge.

Access to troubleshooting resources such as Heil Service Shack™ videos and decision trees are located on the
Heil website and will continue to be provided at no charge.
