PROBLEM

REQUIRED PARTS

The rear left 12V power connector has been
removed on MY24 units and thus, the Trailer Hitch
Kit (P/N 219400990) does not work on MY24 units.
A power T-harness needs to be installed to power
on the trailer module.

Order the parts through the regular channel.
Parts will be available starting May 28, 2024 in
Canada and in the United States, and starting June
11, 2024 in all other countries.

SOLUTION
Install the harness (P/N 219401295) between the
hitch and the vehicle.

Over-the-Counter
Order harness and provide it to customer.
Inform customer to refer to the INSTRUCTION
SHEET P/N 487803164 available on
instructions.brp.com.

Dealer Installed
Order harness and proceed with the CORRECTIVE
ACTION.
