Retrofitc existing air compressor A01-35590-000 with CSI Scroll Type Air Compressor due to longterm quality and availability concerns. Retrofit instructions attachedc and below. A very general
SRT estimate for this retrofit using the parts lists as seen on pages 1-3 of the attachment should be
around 11 hours labor.c
**IMPORTANT: Existing VFD must be updated. Refer to page 21 in attachment programming

FOR EB2-JOULEY ELECTRIC SCHOOL BUS:
1. *IMPORTANT*: VERIFY CHARGE (SOC) IN THE BATTERIES IS BETWEEN 50% - 80%. IF NOT,
CHARGE THE BUS BEFORE PROCEEDINGcFURTHER.
2. *IMPORTANT*: MOVE THE BUS TO A WORK-BAY WITH LIFTS. ENSURE THE BUS IS IN “PARK”,
TURN HV “OFF”, DRAIN THE AIR TANKS, AND SAFELY DECOMMISSION THE BUS.
***DO NOT START ANY WORK BEFORE THIS STEP.***
3. USE THE KIT ASSEMBLY TABLE BELOW TO CHOOSE THE CORRECT KIT P/N FOR EACH VEHICLE.
4. SEE PAGES 2 AND 3 FOR FULL PARTS LIST, VERIFY ALL PARTS NECESSARY FOR RETROFIT
