Vendor Code Updates (For All Models Except Routan)
Volkswagen is pleased to announce two changes regarding vendor codes. The first change provides a
simplified method of vendor coding for certain claim types. The second change allows Dealers to track the
status of requested vendor code updates in SAGA.
New Vendor Code 444 for Accessories Claims and CPO Claims (Effective January 28, 2013
Claim Submission Date)
Vendor code 444 has been created exclusively for accessories claims (claim types 12i and 13i)
and CPO claims (claim type G10). This new vendor code must be utilized for all accessories
claims and CPO claims regardless of the vendor code that is available on the part.
Parts Listing for Vendor Codes Recently Added to SAGA
The attached document contains a listing of part number/vendor code combinations that have
recently been updated in SAGA. This document will be updated periodically with additional parts
as their corresponding vendor codes are loaded into SAGA. This document will be available in the
WISE Resource Center under Claim Input Assistance > Vendor Codes. Please visit the WISE
Resource Center periodically for the latest information.
