2023 (MDH 0118XX) and on or before May 10, 2023 (MDH 0510XX)**
equipped with Middle East Equipment Group (Sales Code ABD).

SYMPTOM:

Customers may comment on the following:
● The front fascia may be damaged during off road driving/driving over obstacles (air dam sits too low
allowing for sand intrusion) Fig. 1.

CAUSE:

Incorrect air dam installed.

This bulletin supersedes Technical Service Bulletin (TSB) 23-093-23, date of issue August 29, 2023,
which should be removed from your files. All revisions are highlighted with **asterisks** and include
updated build dates, RSU number and part number.
This Technical Service Bulletin (TSB) has also been released as a**Rapid Service Update (RSU) 24-006,
date of issue January 05, 2024.** All applicable RSU VINs have been loaded. To verify this RSU service
action is applicable to the vehicle, use VIP or perform a VIN search in DealerCONNECT/ Service
Library. All repairs are reimbursable within the provisions of warranty. This RSU will expire 18 months
after the date of issue.

REPAIR PROCEDURE:
1. Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to the detailed service procedures available in DealerCONNECT/
Service Library under: Service Info>04 - Vehicle Quick Reference / Hoisting / Standard Procedure.
2. Replace the air dam by removing the six hex head bolts from the air dam Fig. 2.

Using a trim stick, unfasten the 11 shoe clips Fig. 2.
Using a trim stick, unseat the remaining snap tabs Fig. 2 and pull the air dam off.
Install the new air dam by seating the snap tabs Fig. 2.
Fasten the 11 shoe clips Fig. 2.
Install the six hex head bolts on the air dam Fig. 2.
Lower the vehicle.
