The following OC & Piston Fracture Limited Warranty Extension is applicable for certain Audi vehicles. Affected Vehicles may
include:

Oil Consumption Warranty Extension:
For the Oil Consumption Vehicles, the Warranty Extension covers 75% of the cost of repair (parts and labor), by an authorized Audi
dealer, of a diagnosed condition of excessive oil consumption, as confirmed by the authorized dealer’s oil consumption test, during
the period of nine 9 years or 90,000 miles (whichever occurs first) from the vehicle’s in-service date. However, if on January 29, 2024 a
Settlement Class Vehicle is more than 9 years old from its In-Service Date, then for that vehicle, the Warranty Extension time and
mileage limitations shall be for a period of up to April 8, 2024, or 90,000 miles from the vehicle’s in-service date (whichever occurs
first). If an oil consumption repair is performed under the Warranty Extension, then the cost of the oil consumption test that led to
said repair shall likewise be covered at the same percentage (75%) as provided under the warranty extension.
The Warranty Extension is conditioned upon the Settlement Class Member providing, to the dealer, Proof of Adherence to the
vehicle’s oil maintenance requirements, during the time that he/she/it owned or leased the vehicle, with a 10% variance of each time
and mileage oil maintenance interval, or, if the Settlement Class Member cannot obtain such proof, a sworn declaration, signed under
penalty of perjury, detailing what good faith efforts were made to obtain the records, why the records are not available, and that the
Settlement Class Member has adhered to the vehicle oil maintenance schedule within said 10% variance.
The Warranty Extension shall also cover a percentage (as outlined in the Sliding Scale below) of the cost of repair (parts and labor), by
an authorized Audi dealer, of a diagnosed condition of engine damage that was directly caused by excessive oil consumption, during
the aforesaid period of nine 9 years or 90,000 miles (whichever occurs first) from the vehicle’s in-service date, subject to the Proof of
Adherence to oil maintenance requirements, and the following Sliding Scale percentages of coverage which are based upon the age
and mileage of the Settlement Class Vehicle at the time of such repair:

The Warranty Extension is subject to the same terms, conditions, and limitations set forth in the vehicle’s original NVLW and
Warranty Information Booklet, and shall be fully transferable to subsequent owners to the extent that its time and mileage limitation
periods have not expired.
Excluded from the Warranty Extension is excessive oil consumption resulting from misuse, abuse, alteration or modification, a
collision or crash, vandalism, and/or damage from an environmental or other outside source.

Piston Fracture Warranty Extension:
For the Piston Fracture Vehicles, the Warranty Extension covers 75% of the cost of repair (parts and labor), by an authorized Audi
dealer, of a diagnosed condition of a piston fracture during the period of nine 9 years or 90,000 miles (whichever occurs first) from
the vehicle’s in-service date. However, if on January 29, 2024, a Settlement Class Vehicle is more than 9 years old from its In-Service
Date, then for that vehicle, the Warranty Extension time and mileage limitations shall be for a period of up to April 8, 2024 or 90,000
miles from the vehicle’s in-service date (whichever occurs first).

by a piston fracture, during the aforesaid period of 9 years or 90,000 miles (whichever occurs first) from the vehicle’s in-service date,
subject to the Proof of Adherence to oil maintenance requirements, and the following Sliding Scale percentages of coverage which are
based upon the age and mileage of the Settlement Class Vehicle at the time of such repair:

To determine if a vehicle is eligible for this Limited Warranty Extension, check the VIN in Elsa > Vehicle Data. The “Warranty” section
of the “Vehicle Data” screen will show Warranty Key “U67” indicating this vehicle is applicable for this Warranty Extension.
