This bulletin applies to:
• WL vehicles built on or before February 17, 2023 (MDH 0217XX).
• WS vehicles built on or before February 14, 2023 (MDH 0214XX).
Equipped with one of the following radios:
• **Uconnect 5 NAV W 8.4” Display (Sales Codes UBL or UEL).
• Uconnect 5 NAV W 10.1” Display (SalesCodes UBN or UEN).
• Uconnect 5 NAV W 12” Display (Sales Codes UBQ or UEQ).**

• Display switches to Nav on VR prompt.
• Vehicle Positioning (Lat/Long) inoperable.

• Unable to exit FamCam.

This bulletin supersedes Technical Service Bulletin (TSB) 08-046-23 REV. A, date of issue April 05,
2023, which should be removed from your files. All revisions are highlighted with **asterisks** and
include updated radio sales codes and an updated Discussion section.
REPAIR SUMMARY:
This bulletin provides information regarding the latest Firmware Over The Air (FOTA) update and provides the
service technician an overview of the steps a customer will need to take to complete the update. The radio
software will be updated from S26.18 to T25.50.
NOTE: The national launch for the FOTA is expected to begin February 6, 2023.
DISCUSSION:
**The FOTA Campaign has been put on hold until further notice.**
