DESCRIPTION
The 16VLS, 16VUY, 16VVA, 16VVM, and 16VUZ Tire Pressure Monitor Systems provide warnings when the tire pressure is out of the desired
range or the tire temperature is too high.
The system monitors the temperature compensated tire pressure of each wheel.
Tire pressure information is displayed, in the Cluster LCD display, for 4x2, 6x4, 6x6, and Super Single axle Configurations.
Does Not Include monitoring for lift axles, spare wheels, or trailer wheels.
All system programming is accomplished using the TPMS Programming selection found, under the Tool Tab, in the Diamond Logic Builder
(DLB) software.
If more than one TPMS sensor or repeater is replaced the new sensor IDs will have to be programmed to the correct location using DLB. If
a wheel/TPMS sensor changes position on the truck you will have to use DLB to move the sensor ID to the new location for the TPMS
information in the cluster to be accurate.
If only one sensor is replaced the system can automatically learn the new sensor ID and its location after driving the truck over 2OMPH for
at least 10 minutes.

information is also available in the technician manual for the applicable vehicle models.
