plus applicable mark-up and labor.
NOTE
The warranty coverage of many of these chassis has expired. PACCAR is not responsible for
providing coverage on chassis with expired warranties.
This bulletin does not imply any extended warranty coverage beyond what is indicated in SIR.

You are receiving this notice in accordance with the Canadian Environmental Protection Act of 1999.
NOTE: This is not a recall, campaign, or a pro-active replacement of parts. If you experience the Malfunction Indicator Lamp (MIL)
turning on and a Peterbilt dealer determines the cause is due to the defective part listed in table below, then the dealer can replace the
defective part through Standard or any applicable active Extended Warranty.
Peterbilt has determined that defects affecting certain parts that are essential for compliance with emission standards exist in certain
2014 through 2020 model year Peterbilt trucks equipped with PACCAR MX-11 and MX-13 engines. Our records show that you are the

A cracked DPF may allow exhaust gas with high level of
particulate matter to exit the tailpipe. The failure will also
DPF Module trigger a diagnostic fault and illuminate the Malfunction
Indicator Lamp (MIL) to alert the driver for prompt service to
contain emission impact.
The Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF) pressure sensor
malfunction will trigger a diagnostic fault and illuminate the
DPF DP sensor Malfunction Indicator Lamp (MIL). This may lead to engine
torque derate. Prompt repair of the DPF pressure sensor will
limit the potential emission impact.
An EGR Flex pipe leak allows a part of untreated exhaust to
vent to the atmosphere. The emission control system will
EGR flex pipe
continue to perform normally, and emission does not exceed
the prescribed standard.
The failure of the NOx Sensor before catalyst has minimal
impact on emissions over the useful life of the vehicle. The
