An easy way to test this is to close the door as you normally would. (pressing on bottom middle part of door to close it) Then pull door
on bottom middle part to check if its latched.

Then lightly press on the right-hand side until you hear the latch disengage. Does the door now open? If it does, then the latch on the
left side was not secured.

If it does not open, repeat the test and this time press on the left side lightly until you hear the latch disengage. If the door opens, the
right hand did not latch when you closed the door.

Based on that info, you can look to adjust the catch portion of the latch so that it is better aligned with the ball portion on the cabinet
door. To do this, (say if it’s the latch on the right-hand side is not secured) then adjust the upper hinge on the right-hand side.

HOW TO ADJUST UPPER HINGE

Using a Phillips screwdriver, turn clockwise (forward) or counterclockwise (backward) the screw with arrow pointing up on picture
below to adjust the door.

Do this half a turn then push the door until its locking at the same time. You just have to play with that screw until you get it to lock.
This will also unlock it at the same time if both sides are balanced.
