SERVICE:

In November 2022, the settings for Scheduled charging have been turned off in the Volvo Cars App

and the following information regarding this action taken was released in TIE news on 2022-11-11:

Since the team had to turn off the iCUP PHEV scheduled charging, we have had reports stating that

some customers can still see the timers, when they press on them and the app seems to wait for

the scheduled charging to start. Please note that a hotfix for 5.21 will resolve this. For the customers

thinking they can’t charge outside of the set timer, this is not the case, they can charge whenever

but the scheduling charging is not working properly.

* Note: Since Scheduled Charging settings are not accessible via the IHU in iCUP PHEV vehicles,

SR PHEV with iCUP lack Scheduled Charging functionality entirely for the time being.

In the meantime, the release of the overall fixes - that will enable the use of scheduled charging on

ICUP PHEV again - are scheduled:

*LR PHEV (Engine code: H6) - software released 2023 week 25 (VUSW2325/SW_2.10)

SR PHEV (Engine code: BC, BR) - software release 2023 week 36 (VUSW2336/SW_2.11)

* This TJ is going to be updated once the software release week for SR PHEV has been reached.

* As of now, no tasks need to be completed on SR PHEV (Engine codes: BC, BR) according to

this TJ.

* A software fix was released in 2023 week 25 (VUSW2325/SW_2.10) for LR PHEV.

* Perform a total upgrade according to TJ 31543 on LR PHEV (Engine code: H6).
