In the event the issue is as described the operative should refer to the instructions within the Measure section of this TPI to assist in diagnosing
the reported issue

general information

Measure
1) Referring to the applicable wiring diagram - Conduct a wiring integrity check for sensor G65 and associated circuits TIP: Should the wring
integrity check be to specification the operative should conduct the remaining steps to completion
2) Referring to Rep.Gr 87 - Discharge the refrigeration system
•

Gain access to High pressure sensor G65 (Figure 1)

Replace G65 and associated parts (See parts information section)

•

Refit all previously removed components

•

Referring to Rep.Gr 87 - Charge the refrigeration system

3) Check/confirm the HVAC system is working to specification as follows:
CAUTION
Ensure the vehicle is parked in a well ventilated area

Check the HVAC system is operating to specification without conducting a road test
