Issue Description
The number plate cover was not included with the affected vehicles during production.
For this reason the number plate cover has to be obtained and retrofitted on the affected vehicles as part
of the sales check.
What Dealers Should do
Please arrange for this measure to be carried out prior to delivery on affected vehicles.
The retrofit is now available as of 7/19/23.
Parts can be ordered via PPL as needed.
TI Number
No TI will be released for this Campaign. The Campaign is only to fit the number plate cover as part of
PDI.
Important information on carrying out and invoicing the
measure:
Pre-delivery campaigns must only be carried out on new vehicles that have not yet been delivered to
customers. The campaign must no longer be carried out once a vehicle has been delivered.
The campaign status will automatically be changed in the system as soon as the delivery date has been
registered in the system. For this reason, the warranty claim MUST be submitted before registering the delivery
date.

longer be possible.

Only a small stock of the required parts is currently available, further deliveries from the supplier are expected
to take place from week 25/23.
