OWNER’S MANUAL REPLACEMENT – (SERVICE CAMPAIGN T9M)

 IMPORTANT
Dealers must perform this service campaign on all affected vehicles prior to customer retail
delivery and whenever an affected vehicle is in the shop for any maintenance or repair.
Access the “Vehicle Information” screen via WEBDCS to identify open campaigns.

DESCRIPTION: This bulletin provides information related to the replacement of the Owner’s Manual
with a new version which contains correct information regarding the coolant used in the cooling
system.
STUI
As outlined in the Digital Documentation Policy, all claims require VIN and Mileage validation
through VCI connection or photo capture. Additionally, this TSB includes a repair Part photo as a
requirement. Where indicated, please ensure the captured photo is completed according to the
steps in the TSB. All claims submitted that have incomplete, illegible, or missing
documentation are subject to debit.

SERVICE PROCEDURE:
1. Insert the new Owner’s Manual supplied into the glovebox.
2. Take a picture of the new owner’s manual.
STUI
Using STUI, take a photo of the
new Owner’s Manual in the
glovebox along with the last 6
digits of the VIN and the date of
the repair on a piece of paper.
