- To continue the test, the following test requirements apply:
- Veh. sys. volt. greater than 9 volts. All relevant fuses OK.
- The vehicle voltage measured value is not read correctly and greater than 9 volts. The vehicle
voltage is greater than 12 volts.

5. U028400: Lost Communication With Active Grille Air Shutter Module "A" is active in 0001.
- No test plan added in current Test Plans for the fault code.

6. B180B13: LTE antenna 2 Open circuit R306_X_1_0518_11_OCU_00000.
- Test step: Checking wire
- Repair faulty wire connection.
- Test plan for R306 is inconclusive and states to repair wiring connection after you determine
no malfunction w\ wiring.

7. VAG00588: Driver side airbag igniter Upper limit exceeded N95_X_1_1012_11_KWP_00011
- Test step: Resistance too low/too high
- The test showed that the Resistance too high/low is still present.
- VAS 5056C connected, the test showed that the Resistance too high/low is not present
anymore.
- With VAS 5056C auxiliary airbag tester installed incorrect resistance is read when the clock
spring is open circuit.

- Test step: Temperature downstream of evaporator
- The progress bar does not automatically increment as it should. Must keep clicking on the
Complete/Continue button to advance the progress bar.

9. Replace hybrid battery J840_16_93_____1_1010_66_SG_ersetzen_00066
- The hybrid battery serial number could not be read from the old Battery Regulation Control
Module.
- Test step write serial number manually: States he input of the serial number is not the correct
serial number. Serial number entered was correct.

10. P218500: Engine Coolant Temperature Sensor 2 Circuit High
G83_X_1_0516_11_X_X_OBD1_XX_FSB_OBD1_G83_00011
- Test step: Check supply voltage - Target value OK> 12.66 V
- The coolant temperature sensor runs on a 5v reference. Circuit high signal voltage 4.98 and
circuit low signal voltage 0.20V. Test plan is asking for a voltage value greater than 12V

step to disconnect TW connector.

12. 008C - De-energize HV battery test SYS_X_1_0214_HV_Spannungsfreiheit_herstellen_00000
not working using diagnostic power disconnection.
- Diagnostic power disconnection with active high-voltage system was unsuccessful.

13. Fault code B1B17F0: Parking Aid Control Module Trained parking function not available and
B10FCF1: Front parking aid sensor Ice or dirt detection remain active/static after module
replacement.

14. P246E00: Exhaust Gas Temperature Sensor Circuit Bank 1 Sensor 4

- Test plan indicated faulty ECM but after further testing, EGT sensor was faulty.
