Update 5/19/23
Due to unforeseen delays on the Mobile Charging Cables, the campaign is being changed from a "Pre-Delivery
Action" to a Workshop Campaign. This campaign is not a Stop Delivery and there are no blocks preventing
the sale and delivery of the vehicles to customers without the Mobile Charger Cable. If possible, the vehicles
should be supplied with the cable before delivery, but instead most vehicles will be called back into your dealer
for the cables when they become available. An update to this post will be made at that time.
Also, a version of the Pre-Sale Disclosure form is attached below and should be used when delivering a vehicle
with the campaign still open.

Issue Description

Certain specific Cayenne PHEV vehicles will be shipped to dealers without Porsche Mobile Charger Plus.
A Mobile Charger should be added to the vehicle prior
to customer delivery.

• At present, no statement can be made about the availability of parts. Together with our suppliers,
we are working at high priority to procure the required capacities of components. As soon as these
are available and thus a supply of the Porsche Mobile Charger is possible, we will inform you
immediately. In the meantime, please refrain from requests regarding the availability of parts.
• The Technical Information will be published at a later date.
• The warranty check date for this campaign has been adapted in order to ensure that Porsche
Approved Warranty (PAW) can be registered even with open campaign.
• For the initial scope 1 (dummy), no PQIS-jobs may be created.
• The creation of jobs as well as the invoicing the campaign is only possible with the availability of the
remedial measure.
