2022 (WD) Dodge Durango
This bulletin applies to vehicles built on or after May 18, 2022 (MDH
0518XX) and on or before August 15, 2022 (MDH 0815XX) equipped
with a 140 mph Primary Speedometer (Sales Code JCE) or a 300 kph
Primary Speedometer (Sales Code JDU).

IPC is missing graphics and/or the speedometer, digital tire pressure and temperature units are
incorrectly displayed for market (Metric/Imperial) (Fig. 1) .
NOTE: Speed unit of measure can still be viewed in MPH from the center display (when analog
speedometer is displaying KPH) and toggled to the correct units required for the market. Low tire
pressure warning still functions properly.

CAUSE:

Incorrect IPC displays.

This Technical Service Bulletin (TSB) has also been released as a Rapid Service Update (RSU) 23-116,
date of issue April 22, 2023. All applicable RSU VINs have been loaded. To verify this RSU service
action is applicable to the vehicle, use VIP or perform a VIN search in DealerCONNECT/Service
Library. All repairs are reimbursable within the provisions of warranty. This RSU will expire 18
months after the date of issue.
