PURPOSE:
To announce the addition of Front and Rear Seat Covers, Front and Rear Seat Back Covers and
the change to Windshield requirements to include a photo of the Windshield showing the
Mopar Trademark information to the Vehicle Digital Imaging (VDI) Pre-Authorization program
to collect, monitor and correct quality issues in a timely and efficient manner.
TIMING:
Effective with vehicles received for repair on or after April 19, 2023 - Until Further Notice
ACTION:
The following repairs (labor operations) will now require pre-authorization through the VDI
Pre-Authorization Program:

e Front Seat Cover (LOP 23-20-40-xx)

e Rear Seat Cover (LOP 23-20-69-xx)

e Front Seat Back Cover (LOP 23-20-31-xx)

e Rear Seat Back Cover (LOP 23-20-60-xx)
Front and Rear Seat Cover and Front and Rear Seat Back Cover replacements on all model
year vehicles will require Pre-Approval.

Guidelines section and review Vehicle Digital Imaging Pre-Authorization Program (Non-
Powertrain). NOTE: PA Authorizations are only valid for 90 days, after which time the
authorization expires.
Please ensure all affected dealership personnel are aware of this bulletin.
