January 18",

¢ The PAC and PDCs will operate with limited staffing from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm EST.
¢ The PDCs will ship VOR orders placed on January 18" with a 3:00 pm local cut-off time.

RETURNS

The following part numbers should no longer be installed and any existing stock on hand must be returned to your
facing PDC via Special Return, use Item Category SCM Authorized Part Return; include a copy of the NCA as
your authorization to return these parts. This special return will not affect your return allowance and will not be
accepted after the specified date. Substitution link were entered into Paragon. Please place orders to replenish
your inventory, as needed.

vehicles.

Genuine Parts Brochures
Each dealer will receive 200 new Genuine Parts brochures with additional detail and clarification around the Parts

Limited Warranty free of charge. There is no change to the existing warranty. These brochures are scheduled to
arrive by February 1°.

REMINDER:
Paragon - Special Characters in PO Number Field

Please note that special characters are not accepted in the PO number field in Paragon. The system will automatically
delete them from the PO number entered. Note: If any existing order exists with the same PO number, the VOR/DSO

order will not be allowed in the system and the scheduled stock orders will get stuck. For example: User enters
ORDER#1. Paragon will process as ORDER1.
