Introduction
Some 2022 – 2023 model year NX 250, NX 350, NX 350h, and NX 450h+ vehicles may exhibit a
condition in which the left-hand side outer rear-view mirror vibrates during vehicle operation. The
mirror vibration can be observed while driving at speeds of 35 mph (56 km/h) or above. Follow the
Repair Procedure in this bulletin to address this condition.

Repair Procedure
1. Confirm the condition exists.
Does the vehicle exhibit a vibration of the image shown in the left-hand side outer rear-view
mirror while driving at speeds of 35 mph (56 km/h) or above?
YES — Continue to step 2.
NO — This bulletin does NOT apply. Continue diagnosis using the applicable
Repair Manual.
2. Remove the left-hand side outer rear-view mirror from the door.
Refer to TIS, applicable model and model year Repair Manual:
2022 – 2023 NX 250, NX 350, NX 350h:

2022 – 2023 NX 450h+:

3. Is the NEW left-hand side outer rear-view mirror equipped with an outer mirror cover?
YES — Go to step 5.
NO — Continue to step 4.
4. Remove the outer mirror cover from the original left-hand side outer rear-view mirror and
install it on the NEW left-hand side outer rear-view mirror.

5. Remove and replace the mirror-mounting
stud bolts with the NEW mirror-mounting
stud bolts.

place with a clip.
