Summary
The Back-Up Run 24C was energizing the Run 24C Relay when MC43 was off and this was causing BAE Fault Codes. The redundancy of the Run24C relay was not connected correctly.

WARNING
FOLLOW YOUR INTERNAL SAFETY PROCEDURES.
PROCEDURE
1.1.
Park the vehicle on an even surface with the transmission on neutral.
1.2.
Apply the parking brake and set the master run switch to the STOP position.
1.3.
Set the battery disconnect switch in the battery compartment to the OFF position.
1.4.
Locate Wire 78-3215 & 78-3217 in the RF0 compartment.
1.5.
Tape back the wire 78-3215 and 78-3217 in the ends.
1.6.
Remove the RF0-CB78AW2 circuit breaker.
1.7.
Install the wire kit PN N632001205. see figure 1
1.8.
Open the battery cut-off switch and disconnect the diode, RF0-ASM78CL.

1.9.
Turn ON the battery cut-off switch and put the master run switch in run position.
1.10.
If it is possible to hear the noise made from the power steering motor, the test is successful.
1.11.
Put the master run switch in the OFF position and the battery cut-off switch in the OFF position.
1.12.
Connect the RF0-ASM78CL diode.
1.13.
Repeat the steps from 1.8 to 1.12 for the remaining diodes RF0-ASM78CM, RF0-ASM78CJ and RF0-ASM78CK.
1.14.
Set the battery disconnect switch in the battery compartment to the ON position.
1.15.
Release the parking brake and set the master run switch to the ON position.
1.16.
Bus is ready for service.
