Here’s the Latest Just for You

We’ve made improvements to the software update process, including the ability to enter your vehicle
using your Key Fob during a non-drivable update.
You’ll also now receive new pop-up alerts to inform you when a precondition is not being met so that
you can take the required action to receive your update. For a non-drivable update, preconditions may
include that your vehicle is parked, it’s not running, all the lights are off, doors and trunk are closed,
and you’re not pressing the brake pedal.

SYNC® 4A With Even More Wow
You may have noticed that things look a little different on your vehicle’s 15.5-inch SYNC screen today.
That’s because we just unveiled a new, modern design that will make it simple to find your favorite
settings and controls, create your personal profile, access Ford Power-Up software update details and
even set your cabin temp using the audio volume knob.
Yes, you did read that correctly. The volume knob can now be used to control the cabin temperature,
fan speed and heated seats. To use these new controls, just tap the temperature, fan or heated-seat
screen control once, which will enable control of the feature when turning the volume knob. Then take it
for a spin and stop when you reach your comfort zone.
But wait, there’s even more:
Home Screen — Simple refinements to help improve navigation
Status Bar — New icons to help you find your favorite features quickly
Settings and Controls — Consolidated so you can easily access drive modes and software update
details
Personal Profile — Personalize your in-vehicle experience with a personal profile, now easily

Charging your vehicle is about to get way more entertaining. That’s because you can now watch video
streaming services on your SYNC® 4A Technology screen. Follow what’s happening in the world,
catch up on your favorite TV shows, check out a how-to, laugh at silly videos … however you prefer to
pass the time while in Park. No judgment here. All you need is a Ford Streaming Connected Service
plan or Wi-Fi connection to let the entertainment begin. Available in US Only.
Game On
Bridge Battle is a strategy game played between two players or the computer. To win, you must create
a bridge from one of your sides to the other before your opponent does. And, if you like puzzles, you’ll
love Parking Lot. The objective of this game is to find a pathway to get your hero car out of a busy lot.
Wi-Fi From Wherever
This convenient Ford Power-Up software update allows you to connect to public Wi-Fi hotspots through
SYNC® from virtually anywhere.
So, whether you’re sitting in a restaurant’s parking lot enjoying a lunch break or waiting outside a retail
store or coffee shop, you will be able to connect to public Wi-Fi through your SYNC screen. Then it’s
just a matter of being redirected to accept any terms and conditions and voilà — you’re online.
