Summary
Rivian
is initiating a customer satisfaction campaign for some model year 2022 R1T vehicles that have a bed storage compartment that could be difficult to open during freezing weather conditions. In these conditions, the bed storage compartment seal could stick to the bed floor panel if moisture seeps between these components and freezes. Rivian will replace the bed storage compartment seal with a new seal that is coated to prevent sticking. Rivian is launching this campaign for customer satisfaction and to ensure the quality of Rivian vehicles.
