Fig 1 and 2 show the front of the floor that must be modified in order to allow the seats to swivel.

Fig 3: Remove the fire extinguisher from the bracket next to the doorway.
Fig 3: Remove the passenger side end panel with the cargo net pouches. End panel has 3 screws with buttons (Fig 3A),
1 with a velcro disk, then there are 6 black screws on the cargo nets (2 screws on the right end of each net) (Fig 4).
The end panel should then lift off.
Remove the end panel on the driver side. There are 4 screws with buttons on that panel as well.
3 with buttons and 1 with a velcro disk.

Fig 5 & 6: Remove the curved gray plastic trim on both the driver side and the passenger side.
There are 3 screws holding the panels in place.
Screws are located near the top on the backside (Fig 6), then down about midway and then near the bottom.

They will be re-used later, there is one screw holding each piece.

Fig 8: Remove 5 screws from the rubber strip at the front of the floor. Slice through the vinyl flooring with a utility knife next to the edging.
Begin cutting at the edge of the floor. Remove the entire rubber strip along with the piece of vinyl flooring. (Dashed Line)
This strip can be discarded it will not be re-used.
Fig 9: Remove the 3 screws holding the front vertical plywood piece to the floor.
Insert a pry bar as shown and pry the piece of plywood away from the front of the floor.
Work gently with this piece as it needs to be saved and re-used again later.
Remove this piece of plywood from in front of the floor. Save it, as it will be trimmed down and re-used again.

THE PLYWOOD PIECE MUST BE CUT DOWN TO 10" WIDE. MAKE SURE YOU CUT THE EDGE OPPOSITE THE NOTCHES.
Fig 12: The front piece of plywood is approximately 11.75" wide. The edge OPPOSITE the notches will need to be cut off.
Fig 13: Before cutting it down, use the utility knife and trim any excess glue off the edge opposite the notches.
Use a table saw (in photo) or a skill saw and straight edge, to cut the plywood piece down to 10" wide. Cut needs to be straight.

Fig 17 & 18: Use the reciprocating saw (with a metal cutting blade) and cut the floor at the yellow dashed line shown in the photo.
Do not cut past the chalk line. Repeat this on the driver side of the vehicle.

Cut the front of the floor off along the chalk line. You may have to use the reciprocating saw to finish the cut at each end.

Align the flat part of the angle with the holes to the edge of the cab, the vertical part of the angle faces toward the front of the vehicle.

Fig 25: Place the aluminum angle on the bead of caulk and secure the angle to the cab floor.
Secure the angle with a combination of #8 x 1" and #8 x 3/4" screws. Use the #8 x 3/4" screws around the fuel line location (Fig 26).
CAUTION: WHEN INSTALLING THE ANGLE; SCREWS CAN PIERCEeBay logo THE FUEL LINES (FIG 26).

Fig 27: Attach one of the short angles to the front side of the plywood piece that was cut down in Step 5. Use #8 x 3/4" screws.
Fig 28: Attach the other short angle to the front side of the plywood piece at the opposite end and secure with #8 x 3/4" screws.
Make sure the angles are attached next to the notches cut in the plywood and flush with the bottom edge.

The two notches in the plywood piece fit over the frame rail kick ups in the cab floor.
The long bracket "B" faces opposite of the two smaller brackets ("A" and "C")
The plywood piece will be on the back side of the two small brackets, and inside the long bracket.

Fig 30: Silicon sealant should be applied to the following locations:
Under each of the small brackets, on top of each of the kick ups where the plywood will be resting.
Also along the inside of the long bracket where the plywood will sit down on the bracket.
Place the plywood down on the cab floor, into the long angle bracket, and screw the brackets to the cab floor with the #8 x 1" screws.
Use #8 x 1" screws to attach the two small brackets to the floor.
Secure the plywood to the long bracket by using five or six 3/4" screws through the pre-drilled holes in the bracket and into the plywood.

Fig 31 & 32: Attach the flat white aluminum pieces at each end of the plywood piece as shown.
Use 3/4" screws to attach the aluminum piece to the back side of the plywood (2 screws on each side).
Screws can be installed from under the vehicle through the opening under the floor or using the right angle driver attachment.
The aluminum pieces should extend slightly past the end of the plywood angling slightly away from the plywood.
These pieces will keep any undercoating or spray foam from coming into the cab area.

which were removed in Step 4, need to be secured at each end of the transition plate as shown.
Use one #8 x 1" screw to hold the rubber piece in place. One rubber piece will be used at each end of the transition plate.

Fig 37: Install the 16" x 6" piece of anti skid tape in the middle of the transition plate.
Wipe the transition plate down with isopropyl alcohol and stick the tape to the plate.

After taping each end of the transition plate, undercoat the backside of the plywood piece (Fig 31 & 32)
Undercoating should be applied from under the floor to coat the plywood and aluminum brackets.
Spray foam insulation should also be used to seal up any gaps where water could find its way in.

Remove the masking tape and begin re-assembling the plastic trim pieces and the end panels.
Refer to Steps 2 & 3 to re-assemble the end panels and plastic trim.
