Coolant Charge Air Cooler Pump Associated To Low Coolant Level or Diagnostic Trouble Codes
(DTCs)
OVERVIEW:
This bulletin involves possible replacement of the coolant charge air cooler pump due to Diagnostic
Trouble Codes (DTCs) or low coolant level message when auxiliary coolant reservoir level is not
low.

NOTE: This bulletin applies to vehicles within the following markets/countries: North
America, LATAM, EMEA and APAC.
NOTE: This bulletin applies to (DT) vehicles built on or before October 27, 2021 (MDH
1027XX) equipped with a 6.2L Supercharged Hemi V8 SRT Engine (Sales Code ESD).
NOTE: This bulletin applies to vehicles built on or after September 16, 2020 (MDH 0916XX)
and on or before October 27, 2021 (MDH 1027XX) equipped with a 6.2L Supercharged
Hemi V8 SRT Engine (Sales Code ESD) or equipped with a 6.2L Supercharged HO
Engine (Sales Code ESJ).
SYMPTOM/CONDITION:
Customers may experience a Malfunction Indicator Lamp (MIL) illumination. Upon further
investigation the technician may find the following Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs) have been set:
• P0EA7 - LTR Pump Performance.
• P026E - Charge Air Cooler Coolant Pump Performance.
In addition customers may also experience the following:
• Low coolant level message indication on cluster.
DIAGNOSIS:
Using a Scan Tool (wiTECH) with the appropriate Diagnostic Procedures available in
DealerCONNECT/Service Library, verify all related systems are functioning as designed. If
Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs) or symptom conditions, other than the ones listed above are
present, record the issues on the repair order and repair as necessary before proceeding further
with this bulletin.

perform the Repair Procedure.

1. Replace the coolant charge air cooler pump. Refer to the detailed service procedures available
in DealerCONNECT/Service Library under: Service Info>07 - Cooling / Supercharger System /
Pump, Coolant, Charge Air Cooler / Removal and Installation .
2. Clear any DTCs that may have been set.
