Technical Background

o
The fault occurs with ATF temperature below 60 C. Check for this temperature range in the extended

environmental conditions of the diagnosis protocol. This TSB only applies if the ATF level is correct and there are

no leaks.
Production Solution

New software in the TCM addresses the condition.
Service

Before proceeding, verify that the Condition and Technical Background match the concern. If any other faults or

conditions exist, this bulletin does not apply because the SVM update will not work.

SVM Update Instructions

1. Follow all instructions in TSB 2011732: 00 Software Version Management (SVM), operating instructions.

2. Update the TCM using the SVM action code as listed in the table below if necessary.

Note: Read the table below carefully and make sure to use the correct SVM action code.
