Audi Service Customer Experience
57i3 Impacted Customers
We all personally and professionally feel the effects of the state of the global supply chain. From
navigating our everyday needs like grocery shopping to making large purchases like a vehicle and more,
the impact on our daily lives is enormous!
One major impact on our business and customers was the need to deliver only one key with our new
vehicles for a time. While this was a disappointing and sometimes frustrating experience for our new
vehicle owners, we now have the ability to provide second keys to our customers.
All impacted customers have received communication from Audi of America regarding campaign 57i3
(Second Key Fob Transmitter), and we are pleased to announce that a list of impacted VINs will be made
available to our dealers soon! What does this mean for you?
With the list of impacted VINs, you will now be able to determine which customers in your area
are still in need of their second key FOB.
This also means that you have a unique opportunity to ensure that customers who are scheduled to
receive second key FOBs at your dealer are familiar with and comfortable in your service department.

 Are they set up with a Service Consultant who will be their go-to person at your dealer?
 Are they due for vehicle maintenance? Have they purchased an Audi Care plan?
 Have they experienced anything in their vehicle since delivery that they have questions about?
Are they enjoying their vehicle?

 Are they leaving your dealer with their next appointment scheduled?
Don’t forget to remind your customer that they will also receive a gift card in the mail after second key
delivery as a gesture of our appreciation for their patience!
As you can see, a simple appointment to deliver a second key to your customer can lead you on many
different paths toward recovering their customer experience. Take every opportunity to show our
customers that we are committed to their satisfaction and reap the rewards of building a loyal customer
base for your store!

UPG Discount Functionality

UPG provides the ability to apply discounts to maintenance services

UPG Admin Discount Features

Enable the Discount functions in UPG through the UPG Admin site under the “Discounts”
section.
Select “Discounts” from left menu
Select “Yes” under “Discount Enabled”
To apply a discount limit, select “Yes” under Discount Limit
Select Type “Amount($)” or “Percent (%)
Enter the maximum allowable discount per quote in the “Discount Maximum Per Quote”
field

UPG App Discount Feature
Apply a discount to a maintenance quote, using the Discount function.

Click the “i” icon next to the Subtotal line to open the Pricing Adjustments window.
Select the Reason Code from the dropdown menu
Select “Amount ($)” or “Percent (%)”
Enter the discount
Click “Apply to Order”
Discount will appears under the Subtotal line

Coming Soon: Group Retail Portal (GRP) for Accessing ElsaPro

Over the next few weeks we will prepare you for the rollout of Group Retail Portal (GRP) for ElsaPro.
Group Retail Portal (GRP) is a new authentication process supporting greater security. This changeover
is expected to take place in early October (specific dates to follow).
In order to access ElsaPro you will soon need to enter through the GRP. This change will require a new
ID and password specifically for ElsaPro in addition to the ID currently used for AccessAudi.
This change will require you to access ElsaPro directly through GRP and will require you to:

 Set up a new username and password
 Complete a temporary one time registration password
 Coordinate with your dealer admin to complete registration
Over the next coming weeks we will send out detailed instructions on how to complete the registration
process.
Dealer Admins: In preparation for your dealerships to have access to GRP we will provide specific
instructions on how to assist with completing access as users register.
This is for ElsaPro only, this change is not applicable to Elsa2Go.
Note: ODIS will soon be transitioning to Group Retail Portal as well, more details to come.

Audi Parts

Audi Elite Incentive
Throughout 2022, Parts Managers, Service Managers, and Service Consultants will compete for the
chance to achieve Audi Elite status and to earn quarterly rewards and year-end grand prizes. Loyal Audi
Tire Center dealers who consistently meet or exceed their goals and demonstrate excellence in tire sales
will be rewarded. Dealerships will be placed into three competitive groups based on daily RO data.
Dealers who achieve their quarterly and year-long objectives, meet all of their quarterly qualifiers, and
achieve Audi Elite status each quarter can win quarterly and/or year-end rewards.
Program Details

Build-to-Order Audi Elite Kicker
New this quarter! For every set of four Build-to-Order wheel and tire packages purchased in Q3 and Q4,
Parts Managers will be entered into four wild card drawings each quarter for the chance to win bonus
tokens on the Audi Tire Center Rewards Platform. Tokens can be used on the Rewards Platform for
prizes valued up to $500. The more Build-to-Order packages purchased, the better the odds of winning!
Dealers must achieve their quarterly Audi Elite objective to qualify for the drawings.

Build-to-Order Wheel & Tire Sales Challenge - Extended!
From June 15–December 31, 2022, Service Consultants, Service Managers, Audi
Brand Specialists, F&I Managers, Parts Managers, Parts Consultants, CPO Managers,
Used Car Managers, New Car Managers and other eligible participants can earn
rewards in the Build-to-Order Wheel & Tire Sales Challenge.
For every qualifying Build-to-Order wheel and tire package (set of four) sold and
claimed, participants will earn $150 in Service Perks™ rewards. Q3/Q5/Q7 summer, allseason, and winter packages are eligible for this incentive.
All claims must be submitted through Service Perks by December 31st
