 Reports for quick access to identify specific new vehicle inventory impacted by an open safety recall or service action
 Located in DealerCONNECT > VOIM Homepage in the lower right of the screen under Action Required
 Total number of vehicles impacted will display on the VOIM Homepage
 Inventory with Safety Recalls – new report displays new vehicle inventory impacted by an open safety recall
 Inventory Impacted by Service Actions – report displays new vehicle inventory impacted by an open service action
(includes safety recalls)

Recall Central

 Launched in January 2016, Recall Central is a new portal within DealerCONNECT created in conjunction with
the Vehicle Safety and Regulatory Compliance organization to centralize all recall and campaign information.
 Dealership personnel with an S-ID have access to this portal
 Recall Central is located in the top left hand portion of the screen, on every tab within DealerCONNECT

Inventory Service Actions Report - new vehicle inventory with an open service action
 Display Safety Recall, Rapid Response Transmittal (RRT) or All
 Summary: Total VIN Count (for safety recall), Total Service Action
 Allows quick up to date vehicle identification for each specific dealer
 Filter by service action type (click the column title “Service Action#”)
 New for August 1st, 2016, radio buttons at the top left to select service action type
 Service Action # and Service Action Description link direct to dealer service instructions
 Export to Excel or Print Preview functions
