Please be advised that we are experiencing issues with WMH7 vehicles assigned to Scope 3. The warranty
claims for these vehicles are showing WWS Error 412 "Scope not found" when trying to submit the claim to
PCNA. PAG is working on the issue and another update will be made when the issue is resolved.

Update 1/13/22
Please note that GT4/GT4 RS/GTS 4.0/Boxster 25 Years & Spyder vehicles were incorrectly assigned to this
campaign and have been removed. The updated VIN list is now attached.

Additional Information
Please note that WMH7 repairs can begin immediately on affected vehicles. Parts can be ordered via PPL
with no PRMS ticket needed.
The TI is available via PCSS and the AfterSales Document Database.

Overview
There is a possibility that leaves and particles of dirt can get into the side air intakes and accumulate in the air
guide under certain environmental conditions.
If the relevant warning in the Driver's Manual is not observed and burning cigarettes or cigars are also thrown
out of the vehicle, this can pose a risk of a smoldering fire developing in the engine compartment.
To prevent this from happening, optimized protective grilles must be retrofitted or replaced.
