Dear Colleagues,
Aston Martin is pleased to announce that we are launching an Aston Martin Body Repair Centre (AMBRC) audit
programme.
Aston Martin has selected Wadsworth International Consulting and Tri-Sphere to conduct the programme. Wadsworth
International Consulting has been involved within the collision industry for over 40-years. Rick Miller (President) and John
Beaumont (COO) bring experience from Carter & Carter International, Jaguar Land Rover North America, Audi and
Subaru of America.
Tri-Sphere is an OEM focused company supporting the quality repair of vehicles to vehicle manufacturing specifications
through the identification of quality tools and equipment.
Tri-Sphere has supported Aston Martin since the inception of the first AMBRC network, through a measurable and
effective partnership. This includes tools and equipment and strategic involvement with pre-production, post repair
verification and continuous improvement of repair solutions, technician training, audit and calibration of facilities and
equipment.
Tri-Sphere understands the challenges and solutions around supply chain management, OEM needs, problem solving
through effective communication and delivery of task.
Through this collaboration the programme aims to deliver improved process and systems to optimize the individual
operations of collision repair centres throughout the AMBRC network.
Audit Programme Procedure
Please download the latest version of the Body Repairer Operating Standards (BROS) from Technical Hub and do a selfaudit at your earliest convenience.
Each of the existing and potentially new AMBRC’s will be contacted between 30 to 60 days before the on-site audit so
they can prepare the required documentation and any other items. A list of approximate timeframes is available in
Appendix 1. Your initial Audit will be conducted On-Site.
Note: If you do not have access to Technical Hub do the procedure below in Appendix 2.
The confirmed visit date will be communicated to the key contact at the AMBRC facility via email.
The AMBRC will be required to sign a visit commitment document detailing the date, required actions and any fees due.
After each visit (within 24 hours), a completed copy of the AMBRC assessment will be provided to the AMBRC facility.
You will then receive an Audit every 12 Months. The Audit will be either On-Site or Virtually depending on the result of
your most recent Audit.
The costs for the Audit will be as follows:
• $2,700.00 for On-Site Audits.
• $1,400.00 for Virtual Audits.

Appendix 2
Important Information for AMBRC’s
Access to Technical Hub and SpotLight is a mandatory requirement for AMBRC’s as outlined in the Body Repair
Operating Standards. If you do not have access to Technical Hub or SpotLight, refer to the applicable steps that follow:
Dealer owned AMBRC, sharing same site location as Dealer
• Dealer is required to add AMBRC users to Network Directory account.
• AMBRC user can now log into Technical Hub with applicable email address.
• AMBRC user clicks SpotLight link in Technical Hub. This will take you to the SpotLight home page.
Independent AMBRC, or AMBRC at different site to Dealer
• AMBRC contacts Aston Martin regional manager for a Sales Ledger form, completes and returns the form.
• Aston Martin will set up AMBRC with a Network Directory account, this will enable you to log into Technical
Hub with applicable email address.
• AMBRC user clicks SpotLight link in Technical Hub. This will take you to the SpotLight home page.
Note: If the AMBRC is already in the Network Directory, log into Technical Hub with your applicable email address.
