We inform you that the new Dashboards with fuel level indication for the Stradale 800 MY 2015 are
available.
Updates are necessary on the following bikes:


MODEL STRADALE 800 from VIN …V002046 up to VIN …V002656 included

PLEASE NOTE:
- The motorcycles with higher VIN numbers have already been equipped with the new dashboard.
-Motorcycles with VIN included in the VIN range indicated, but with information indicating the
application of the warning (Service Bulletin 138) as you can see in the image below, have
already been updated in MV Agusta.

We ask you to provide for the control and eventual update during the set-up and before
consignment to the customer, during a service operation or at the first convenient
opportunity at your workshop.

PROCEDURE TO IMPLIMENT THE UPDATE:
1. Remove the windshield.
2. Remove the upper screws of the windshield support and rotate it 180° paying attention not to
damage the windshield and to the loss of the headless screw shown in the image below:

3. Remove the windshield mounting screws
that are originally installed under the
windshield support:

4. Remove the windshield
5. Disconnect and remove the headlamp and windshield support
6. Remove the connection, the central fixing screw and replace the dashboard by using the Part
Number: 8000B9406 COMPLETE DASHBOARD
7. It is now necessary to restore the connection of the fuel level sensor located under the fuel tank,
removing the additional cable on the motorcycle. Remove the seat, the rear side fairings, the fuel
tank side fairings and the front fairings.
8. Disconnect the fuel line, the fuel pump connection, the breathers and remove the fuel tank

9. Remove the additional cable shown in the image below, located on the fuel pump connectors
and fuel tank level sensor:

N.B. the fuel tank level sensor connector will be found FREE

10. Now connect the fuel tank level sensor connector and the fuel pump connector to the wiring
harness
11. Install the fuel tank
N.B. pay attention to the position of the fuel line which must not be pressed over the oil vapor
breather hose (Please note the example of a correct positioning in the following image):

12. Complete the assembly with the superstructures previously removed.
- Test the motorcycle before consignment to the customer.

Procedure for Warranty reimbursement:
Send a Warranty Request for reimbursement of the parts and labor including all the relevant
information regarding the motorcycle and parts with the following codes:
 Warranty Type = GS
 Special Warranty Code = 9603
 Part Number = 8000B9406
 Operation Code: X - 999
 Labor: 0,8 ore
 Defect Code: 099
Please make note to the Service Bulletin n° 138
The reimbursement of the warranty request will be carried out via Invoice as is the normal
procedure.
