This is to notify you of the upcoming Service Campaign to replace the certification label on the seat frame on approximately
33 MY21 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter vans. All affected VINs will be flagged as “OPEN” in VMI.

Background

Mercedes-Benz AG, the manufacturer of Mercedes-Benz Sprinter vehicles, determined that the
Issue certification label had been printed with incorrect information. The vehicle type “MPV” listed on the
certification label does not correspond to the actual vehicle.

MBUSA is conducting a service campaign. An authorized Mercedes-Benz Sprinter dealer will replace the

SUBJECT: Model 907 Model Year 2021
Replace Certification Label on Seat Frame

Mercedes-Benz AG, the manufacturer of Mercedes-Benz Sprinter vehicles, determined that the
certification label had been printed with incorrect information. The vehicle type “MPV” listed on the
certification label does not correspond to the actual vehicle.

An authorized Sprinter dealer will replace the certification label on the seat frame with a correctly printed
label.

Prior to performing this Service Campaign:

« Please check VMI to determine if the vehicle is involved in the Campaign and if it has been previously
repaired.
Please review the entire Service Campaign bulletin and follow the repair procedure exactly as
described.

Approximately 38 vehicles are affected.
