INSTALLING VENTILATION VENTS FOR BED ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
1. Start by preparing the router (Figure A) by removing 3 inch base router to expose the 1 inch base
collar (Figure B).
A. NOTE: Jig fixture is configured to accept the 1 inch collar.

2. Remove cushions and set aside for re-installation.

3. Remove bed board from passenger side (Keep 7
fasteners for re-installation).
A. Note: With the bed board fasteners
removed, the bed board will need to be
moved out of the way to access inverter
and wiring at fuse panel and circuit load
center.

4. Remove fasteners from Inverter and re-position
Inverter 2 inches away from the bed assembly end
wall (Figure 1).
5. With the inverter positioned, place a barrier
between the inverter and end of panel to protect
against saw dust getting into the inverter fans.

6. Secure jig fixture with 2 fasteners - flush with the top
and side of the assembly.
A. Note: 2 inches on the jig at the top. (Figure 2)
7. Route the opening using a pin router.
8. Clear wiring and any possible securements below the
fuse panel and circuit load center.

9. Secure jig fixture with 2 fasteners - flush with the floor and
shower.
A. Note: 3 inches on the jig at the bottom. (Figure 3)
10. Using a Pin Router, route the opening.

11. Install register covers with two fasteners (Figure 4 and 5).
12. Re-install bed top and verify accessibility to the inverter
screen.
13. Re-install cushions.
