Some customers ma y commen t that, when in an active
navigation session using the embedded google maps feature,
they will not get a pop-up notification to tell them when to turn
if they are not physically on the embedded google maps
navigation screen.
Cause
The cause of this condition is unknown, but the engineering
team is aware of the issue and is working on a fix. Please do
not replace any parts.
Correction:
Until a permanent fix is provided, the temporary solution is to shut the vehicle
off to allow it to go to sleep and then cycle the ignition.
