Purpose for Parts and Accessories Bulletin
To inform California (only) dealers of Screamin' Eagle® (SE) Street Tuner software and product changes starting with 2021
vehicles. In addition, there have been two California Air Resources Board (CARB) Executive Order approvals granted for 2021
application.

Markets Affected
California only.

Summary
Similar to the California specific Pan America products which were announced in early January 2022, via PAB1123, moving
forward California will receive California specific SE products.
SE Pro Street Tuner, Part No. 41000008C, can no longer be ordered within the state of California. Order SE Pro Street Tuner
(CA), Part No. 41001212.
Part No. 41001212, will retro-fit back to other model years.

NOTE
• Only CARB approved intake and exhaust components can be used with CARB approved Stage kits.
• Deviation from the intake and exhaust components used in the performance charts may impact the performance numbers of
the Stage Kits.
• Every Model Year, California SE products will be superseded to a new part number to account for the next model year’s vehicle
CARB certifications. For example, when 2022 CARB Executive Orders are received, a new Street Tuner part number will be
available.
• Old and non-current revisions cannot be used and Will Not Be California Compliant on new vehicles. Current revisions will
retrofit back to previous model years.
Parts
The following Stage II Part Numbers have been approved for use on 2021 models (outlined in the fitment statement).
• SE Milwaukee-Eight Stage II Torque Kit (Part No's: 92500047 and 92500074).
• SE Milwaukee-Eight Stage II Power Kit (Part No's: 92500058 and 92500075).
• SE XL Stage II SE 585 Cams (Part No. 25400125).

Hardware
• There is a new 2021 Pro Street Tuner, Part No. 41001212, which is now available to the California specific market. The new
Pro Street Tuner is now compliant on 2021 California vehicles. The old Pro Street Tuner, Part No. 41000008C, will no longer
be offered in California but will remain available for the other 49 States.
• The Stage II Milwaukee-Eight and Stage II Sportster products are also now compliant for use on 2021 models.
Software
• 2021 Stage II calibrations are now available. No additional 2021 California calibrations are available at this time.
• California dealerships will see modifications to the existing SE Pro Street Tuner software for 2021 models effective immediately.
• California dealerships will no longer have the ability to alter adjustable values, record, or review recorded data on 2021 models.
The Pro Street Tuner will be a flash-only calibration device.
• Pro Street Tuner software functionality for 2020 and earlier models will remain unchanged.
• The new California specific 2021 Pro Street Tuner, Part No. 41001212, will be a dealership installed product only.
