WARNING
Follow your internal safety procedures.
PROCEDURE
1.1.
Park the vehicle on an even surface with transmission in neutral (N).
1.2.
Turn the ignition switch to OFF position and engage the parking brake.
1.3.
Set the master control switch in the STOP position (see figure 1).

1.4.
Set the battery disconnect switch in the battery compartment to the OFF position (see figure 2).

Open the upper driver panel and locate the MCC display screen (see figures 3 & 4).

Remove the old M3 screws and replace them with new M3 screws P/N N32320 (see figure 5).
NOTE
Do not over tighten the screws to avoid cracking the plastic retaining the screen.

1.7.
Install the bracket P/N N104152 using the M3 washer P/N N80260 and the M3 Locknyl nut P/N N25917

(see figure 6).
1.8.
Install the serrated cable tie P/N N81344 using the cable tie,secure the wires (see figure 6).

Cut the excess cable tie and close the driver upper panel.
1.10.
Return the bus to service.
