To comply with current emission diagnostic requirements.
An ECU.crp program update is now available for all Federal Evora 2021 model year vehicles to ensure
that they meet the current emissions diagnostic requirements.
These latest level ECU program MUST be installed into the affected vehicles as soon as possible, (such
as at the time of pre-delivery inspection etc or if the vehicle is in the workshop for any other service or
repair). An affected vehicle CANNOT be handed over to the customer before this update is performed.
ACTION:
- Please check your Lotus 20/20 diagnostic tool* is installed with the latest release version 1.8.0 onwards which includes .crp program B132E0302 at the earliest opportunity.
- Check and identify any affected vehicles from your inventory stock, dealer demonstrators and customer records to ensure that this campaign action is performed at the first opportunity.
- Contact the owners of any affected vehicles to arrange an appointment with your dealership to have
this campaign action performed as soon as possible.
- Affected vehicles will be displayed if their VIN is entered on DC611 on Lotus Dealer Connect (campaign number 2021/08USA). A VIN list is also shown on page 2 onwards of this bulletin.
