Effective September 1, 2015, all trailers purchased after this date, will have the ability to be registered
for a maximum warranty period of 5 years!

will send a strong quality message to our customers,
Please read and familiarize yourself with the attached new Warranty conditions. In simple terms, they
are the same as before with two major changes: 3 years have been replaced by 5 years and all trailers
qualify for the extended warranty.
Changes to marketing support material (catalogs, DVD's, etc.) are currently being evaluated and will he
changed as soon as practical.

WHO DOES THIS LIMITED WARRANTY COVER? ‘This limued warranty covers anginal purchasers of a Triton Trailer. "Original
Purchasers" means the first legal owner of a trailer other than an awthorized Triton Trailer deuler/disar abutor who has bought the wailer from Triton
Trailers for resale to the public. Trailers purchased prior to September 1. 2015 must follow the prior warranty guidelines.

nbaintenanee fincluding but not kmited te lukzication}. Towing, shipping and/or postage charges are aot covered, Any problems that are caused by
an uutomobile accident of collision ure not covered. Any problems that are caused by neglzet, unproper instalation, improper inaiatenancs,
alteration. overloading. abuse, misuse, or an wet of Gad (such as a Mood, hail. wind, lightening, ete.) are not covered. Any problems citised by
aiding component parts, adjustinent of the trailer or component parts, ee any other changes mate to component parts a the trailer that dp net

manufacturers of component pars, component parts are not covered. “Component Parts" include but are sot limited to: lights. wood. axles, tires,
wire harnesses. couplers, hubs, brakes, brake pars, bearings and seals, shocks, and other parts. This linnted warrunty does nat agply to or extend
any promises or representations made by any dealers ar distributors beyord those expressed herein Also, consequential, special. and incidental
damages are not recoverable under this limited warranty. Some states da aot allow the exclusion or limitution of consequential, special, er

trailer and contgct $ou within twenty (20) business days to give the results of the inspection. inchiding whether the poblem is eavered by this
Limited warranty. Ifthe results ofthe inspection indicate that the problem is repainzhle and is covered by this limited warranty, Thton Trailers will
have the repaired trailer available to you within ninety (90) business days, [f the results of our inspection indieate that the trailer ts not repairable,
and the problemi is coveted by this limited warranty, Trlan Trailers will replace your trailer within ninety (30) business days after the inspection,
