Reason for change
Complaint

Changing the sensor identification numbers (IDs) to a higher ID number range, the sensors can no longer be taught

in using manual entry of the sensor IDs in DAS. The wrong sensor IDs are displayed in the actual values of the TPM

[RDK] control unit N88.
Cause

Sensor ID numbers greater than 2147483647 cannot be processed by DAS.
Remedy

The known procedures (1. or 2.) can be used to teach in the sensors:

1.) Manually reducing and raising the air pressure to activate the sensors and manually teach in with DAS.

2.) Install sensors, reset system using instrument cluster and use automatic teach-in process during the journey. The

teach-in process during the journey may last longer than usual.

The sensor IDs displayed in the DAS (TPM [RDK] control unit N88) can be ignored.
