Effective July 13" for the 205/14” bias and 225/15” bias, the Arisun SBB will be
replacing the current EcoTrail bias.

In the following months, the balance of the 13”/14”’/15” bias combinations will all be
transferred to the Arisun SBB.

This will mostly affect our XP and galvanized trailer lines, as the majority of our
aluminum trailers have already been upgraded to radial standard.

STEEL BELTED BIAS

The Arisun brand is a China brand, however it is made by Hangzhou Zhongce

Rubber Co, the largest Chinese tire manufacturer and the 10" largest tire maker in
the world.

They produce approx. 115 million tires annually, in all segments. They are an
ISO9000 certified company. They also claim a 100% X-ray inspection rate for all
tires.

The main advantages of the SBB vs. bias tire.

The SBB uses the same nylon cord layers used in a bias tire, but added are 2 steel
belts beneath the tread.

This creates a reinforced tire carcass, offering better support, more rigidity, and
improved material bonding.

Those actions improve the tracking, treadwear, life expectancy, and most
importantly reduces heat generation.

You can see from the attached photos that the SBB resembles a radial tire. It
doesn’t have the crown associated with bias tires.

The largest current user of the Arisun SBB is Forest River Trailers... Warren
Buffett's company.

They had an exclusive 1-year deal with Tredit that has just ended. You can see
the SBB noted in many spec sheets for their cargo trailers.

This will be a cost add for us on the materials side, but | think this investment is
well worth it. Reducing our standard bias tire usage is a great thing.

On a few of the attached photos, | included other radial and bias tires for
comparison.

| also labeled the photos, so interpreting what they are should be easy.
