Not needed
For seat manufacturing issues like stitching problems or rips, the seat can be
replaced under regular warranty (B.E.S.T. does not cover seat). To process the
claim you will be asked to attach a picture of the defect. Please take 2 pictures,
one showing the entire seat and indicate where the defect is, and another picture
close up of the defect. Make sure the focus is good.
This process will help provide future improvements.
