SERVICE INSTRUCTION: MY13 Module FET Replacement
Purpose
Replacement procedures for the module FET board.

3mm ball allen
Volt Meter
Cardboard Protectors (3” x 3” square)

41-04139 MODULE FET PCB ASSY
Procedure
1) Remove module(s) from motorcycle, and place on bench with a protective cover (cloth sheet or cardboard).
2) Remove top and side covers from module.

4) Raise the bottom of the FET board, and insert the first of the cardboard protectors.
5) Disconnect the FET board connector (***IMPORTANT*** leave disconnected until step 13).

8) Remove the FET board from the module, by sliding it down, through the current sensor.
9) Place the first cardboard protector on the battery terminal, and slide the new FET board up, through the current
sensor.
