The warranty check date for this campaign has been adapted in order to ensure that Certified
Pre-Owned Warranty can be registered even with open campaign.
For the initial scope 1 (dummy), no PQIS-jobs may be created.
The creation of jobs as well as the invoicing the campaign is only possible with the availability of
the remedial measure.
The associated customer pre-delivery disclosure regarding deviating product build should be
provided to the customer at delivery.
Overview
Due to worldwide semiconductor shortages experienced by some suppliers, the affected vehicles were
built without a telephone console (smartphone compartment with wireless charging).
As a result, the smartphone can only be charged via a USB port and not wirelessly.
For this reason, the telephone console must be retrofitted on the affected vehicles.
Please arrange for this measure to be carried out immediately on the affected vehicles in your market
responsibility area with parts availability.
