UNIFIED UPGRADE DOOR LATCH KIT PARTS
Unified Upgrade Door Latch Kit 990003
The Unified Upgrade Door Latch Kit fits Dexter’s upgrade/
unified screen doors and includes all of the parts necessary
for simple do-it-yourself installation; along with easy
to follow instructions. The latch kit’s durable injection
molded nylon design makes it both robust and easy to
clean. Customers can choose a door handle kit that best
fits their screen door set-up with either right or left hand
options. Dexter’s Unified Upgrade Door Latch Kit replaces
the existing lever latch and secures the screen door to the
primary door.

BREEZE 360 CONVERSION KIT
Breeze 360 LED Conversion Kit 990002-00
Dexter’s Breeze 360 LED Conversion Kit eliminates the need
for a 60-watt traditional light bulb and allows for bright LED
illumination with 1,000 lumen capability. The department
of energy reports that an LED bulb will last up to 30,000
hours versus 1,000 hours of a 60-watt incandescent bulb,
saving the customer both time and money in reduced
operating costs. The conversion kit fits the Dexter Breeze
360 bathroom fan and includes a improved damper to help
reduce bathroom moisture, odors and mildew.

The replaceable door handle kit fit’s Dexter standard screen
doors and secures the screen door to the primary door.
Customers can choose a door handle kit that best fits their

Crafted with durable injection molded nylon, the robust
design allows for easy cleaning and maintenance.

E-Z GRAB SCREEN DOOR GRAB BAR
E-Z Grab Screen Door Bar
Dexter’s premium E-Z Grab Bar is manufactured to fit most
screen doors between 22” to 32”. The E-Z Grab is also very
easy to install on your screen door with a simple three screw
installation. Dexter’s long-lasting anodized finish will keep
this grab bar looking new and fresh for years to come. This
grab bar is not recommended for use as an assistance bar
and excessive weight should not be applied to the grab bar.
