Information:

Should you receive a customer complaint regarding the fuel tank readiness switch coming
loose (falling into door panel), there may be an issue with the fuel tank readiness switch and
of the trim tolerances that do not meet specifications.
The fuel tank readiness switch can fall into the door panel.

action:

Securing fuel tank readiness switch in the door panel.

 Adhesive (two-component adhesive)

Unclip trim surround  Unclipping trim surround -2from the door panel  Unclipping trim surround -1-.

Remove fuel tank readiness switch from the door
panel using a suitable tool.

Release electric plug connection for the fuel tank
readiness switch and disconnect it.
